Owner
Martha started Martha Pearson Designs in 2018 to pursue her lifelong-long passion of interior design. Although Martha began her career in finance in New York City, she quickly realized her passion was design. By attending the New York School of Interior Design and subsequently obtaining an MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design, she honed her skills and knowledge in the field of interiors and furniture. After her educational pursuits, Martha worked for award winning design firms in New York City and New Orleans where she established the professional foundations.
Since starting her own practice in 2018, Martha has successfully worked on commercial and residential projects of all scales. Martha Pearson Designs has gained a reputation for its innovative and thoughtful approach to interiors. Recently, the business participated in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. She believes in creating spaces that not only look beautiful but also enhance the lives of the people who inhabit them. Currently, Martha shares her design expertise as an adjunct professor at the Tulane School of Architecture.

Lynn Mary joined Martha Pearson Designs in 2024.
A native New Orleanian, she brings a deep appreciation for the city’s rich history and creative energy to her work. She graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Design and has developed a keen eye for creating purposeful and intentional spaces. She is passionate about blending artistry and function, ensuring every project reflects thoughtful design and timeless elegance.

Designer
Ella joined Martha Pearson Designs in 2025, bringing with her a vibrant design sensibility shaped by her roots in the culturally rich city of New Orleans. Ella earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Samford University, where she also explored global design influences through immersive study abroad experiences in Rome, Montréal, and the Dominican Republic. These international perspectives continue to inform her thoughtful, layered approach to interior spaces. With a passion for storytelling through design, Ella is thrilled to be part of the MPD team, where she continues to evolve her craft and contribute her artistic flair to every project.
